Tasks and milestones that are on the critical path are boldfaced in the table and displayed in red if you are using a color device. A bold line between two column heads shows that a column has been collapsed and is not currently showing.

You can add all the task information in the Project Table. Select the data you want to change and type in the new data.

Because the Project Table is very large when all the information is displayed, MacProject II is preset to display a condensed version of it. You can expand the table to display the hidden columns, and you can adjust the width of a column or collapse columns altogether when you want to see only parts of the table.
